Dr. Lateef is a horrible person.
I had the worst experience with this office. The front office was extremely rude and disrespectful. They don't return phone calls unless you make a complaint with patient advocacy. I drove 2 hours only to be referred to another doctor in my area. I will not return or recommend this office.
Dr. Lateef was kind, informative, and patient when we saw her for an initial consultation with our son this week. She took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand and paused several times throughout the conversation to check and see if we had questions. Her office staff was great and gave us every bit of information we needed for next steps, even forwarding the test paperwork to the test providers and our insurance for preauthorization and scheduling. Doctor Lateef was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. Just saw a different pediatric neurologist last week who confirmed my suspicion and said that he hears bad things about this practice all the time. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CHILD!
