half of our food had huge chunks of egg shells. we were clearly upset about this so they offered to remake our food, we were hesitant, but agreed. the food was blah at best and then they give us the bill and they charged us an 18% gratuity! We told them that after half of our party finding huge egg shell chunks im our food it was probably not a good idea to charge them 18% gratuity. They just shrugged and didn't care. needless to say, we won't be back.

I’m at the hospital, I ordered Uber eats from here. I’m 3/4 of the way through my Tom Yum and found what looks like a pubic hair in my soup. When you don’t think things could get worse, they do. 😫 🤮
