We first met Tara when purchasing a rental property - as a referral from family. She found us an excellent tenant who took great care of our property and always paid early! When it was time to sell, Tara found a perfect buyer before the house was even listed - meeting all of our criteria and a fast, all cash, closing as well. It must have been the luck of the draw but Tara Shegogue went above and beyond to sell my house. Phone call after phone call, contact after contact.
