Tara is a genius! I went to her with this nagging soreness in my knee that would not go away. My description of the problem was vague but I was sure something was off & ignoring it would make it worse. I'd been to a regular doctor & was told I would just have to get used to it. Tara looked at the function of my entire leg & came up with 3 exercises to overcome some weakness in my hip & knee & stretch the tendons on 1 side of my knee.
