I had been using Dr. Nayak’s services via Telehealth for some time now. I have had inflammation issues for year with no true explanation for the cause. “Regular” doctors always chalked it up to a sinus infection. Dr. Nayak didn’t only address root cause, we did a series of changes until we found what was best for my body. I don’t just thank Dr. Nayak for healing me physically, I thank her for her intentional efforts to hold space for me ten-fold.
Dr. Nayak is truly a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend her services.
Dr. Nayak is absolutely amazing. I was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease a couple months ago and was in pain everyday. I had both joint and muscle pain and felt very weak. I couldn’t do basic tasks like lift my arms up to shower or blow-dry my hair. She put me on an herbal protocol and now I am pain free. I was also struggling with oral thrush/candida after antibiotic use for Lyme and the anti-fungal she prescribed is working wonders! I am so grateful I came across her. She’s truly a healer!
