RecommendedThe day before Thanksgiving I was in the office working with Khya, Nancy and Dr Griffins. Everyone is very professional, friendly and takes the time to answer any questions. The office is clean, cheery and well run. They communicate between constantly which helps with the flow.
Car dealership atmosphere. The dentist and staff are nice and professional, but it is very clear that they are after your money. Profit first, patient second. I was taken on a tour of the office upon arrival, my hygienist offered me special products to buy in the middle of my cleaning, and while checking out they asked me to verbally rank my service from 1-5 (which is a little awkward when they're staring at you). I was anxious going in for a root canal after never having any kind of procedure done before and everyone made me feel relaxed. Dr. G told me every step what she was doing, made sure I wasn't in pain and made the whole experience a great time. Can't wait to come back.
