I anticipated that Dr. Scott would be Professional and have exceptional expertise. She has impeccable credentials. The status of Chief was held in several Medical institutions. I did not expect her to be so warm and compassionate as well. She has excellent skills but her capacity to make the patient feel.safe and well cared for, really stood out.
