This tour is something that I have heard great things about, and it did not disappoint. Small group made for a better time. Stephanie was our guide and she did a great job of entertaining, explaining, and scaring! It was great to learn about the dark history of Savannah. We walked through town during a small rain storm, but it just added to the creepy atmosphere. The local bars we stopped at had great drinks (Irish Breakfast at O'Connell's and Key Lime Shot at 1790). Our tour guide did not show up. We booked through Jacqueline. When we called to confirm after waiting 1 hour Jacqueline was extremely rude and used profanity when we asked for a refund. Do not book through this company.

The booking that you are referring too was for an 8:00pm Boos and Brews tour that was booked under Haley Dettler party of four. As replied to Mr. and Mrs. Dettler, we do not have a 5:30pm tour during the week days and if they read the email confirmation that was sent to them, then they would know this. The only ghosts was the tour ghosting us. I would have been OK had they actually answered their phones when we tried to call. Then when we were finally able to get in contact with them, they denied telling us they had a 5:30 tour and acted unprofessionally.
