I was told mid December that I could renew my lease, on a month to month, then told (only after going into their leasing office) that they had a corporate meeting on the 31st and decided not to renew any section 8 leases because of the shutdown. I was told this on January 8th. The manager said she would give me 30-60 days to move and two days later posted a three day notice to vacate.
