We took my husbands 26 year old Rolex in for repair.i asked what the service charge was and was told it is done as a courtesy we only pay for shipping. Not so…..I asked for the statement from Rolex and was told he did not think he could find it. He said he would look. Well he showed my the statement after quite some time with the total wiped out.
