Tara helped us to sell our home at a great price and it was on the market for only 13 days. Tara provided great advice to prepare the home for an open house which actually resulted in a successful contract. She worked with us throughout the entire process including preparing to list the home, when to have open houses, the contract negotiation, inspections, and closing. We contacted Tara because we needed a rental in the general area of Merritt Island. She didn't know us but was very gracious in accepting a call from us from CT and guiding us on the available rentals. We flew south to Florida and Tara was very Professional and showed us several Units during our visit to Merritt Island, FL.
