Tara helped us to sell our home at a great price and it was on the market for only 13 days. Tara provided great advice to prepare the home for an open house which actually resulted in a successful contract. She worked with us throughout the entire process including preparing to list the home, when to have open houses, the contract negotiation, inspections, and closing.
