Paid for 4 months and I was promised the return of my security deposit. I even filled out the card with my mailing address. I called to ask about the refund but the old guy seemed confused (or impaired) and I gave up. Wonder how many others got ripped off like that? Do they count on people forgetting about it and then pocket the money themselves?
