I’m from California, so I came into Texas with low expectations for Mexican food. Then I found La Ventana KNOX. This is the closest I’ve gotten to home I’ve ordered the same burrito almost every day for three months. This food earned it. Ingredients are fresh and clean, nothing processed-tasting. Consistent every single time. And the people here work. The ladies up front are sweet and hard-working every time I walk in, and the four or five men in the back are just as hard-working.
