It used to be a great place, but unfortunately the service has been steadily declining. Today was especially disappointing. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the staff avoided even acknowledging me. When I finally asked if they were serving customers, I was told, “We’re working on a large order.” I had to ask three separate times whether they were open before someone finally said, “Not right now.” This happened at 11:20 a.m., after the restaurant had already opened. Food is okay but they’re extremely unorganized and inhospitable. Came for margarita swirls, was told to come back later, they can’t make more than 2 at a time, etc. just to see several others receive their swirl drinks as we were waiting for other items. Not sure what the cashier’s deal was but I’ve seen others note the lackluster service with this restaurant. It’s fine if the machine isn’t working, but he clearly did not want to engage with us at all. No courtesy or anything. Not the best move for a restaurant in this curre... read more
