It’s been a couple years since I’ve been here, but things have changed. I ordered the enchilada plate with shredded beef. The texture of the tortillas was off kind of a wet rubber and I understand with the shredded beef you’re gonna get a little bit of fat here and there, but it was like every other bite. There’s a chunk of that translucent fat that comes out of the can in the service got the grade that it did because the waitress was nice enough as you were ordering, but as soon as that transaction took place it was done.
