Best Al Pastor. Hands down. Period. Not debatable. Don't deprive your self of a Little bit of heaven on earth. Taste it for your self. You're welcome.
I won't be coming here at night I love the morning staff better at least they treat u like family the night time just needs to close and go home
Edit to previous review: I revisited El Fundador today and order tacos al pastor which were delicious! Seasoning was great, the meat was tender and best of all it was all fresh! Red salsa was my fav. Cashier/manager was very friendly. Overall this is now one of my favorite taco shops in phoenix!
We Walked in & said the place was closed already But! Jose came outside to get Us & Told Us To come back Inside & didn’t Want Us to walk away Empty Handed. What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jose!! And THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN for Invited Us In!!!
The food is tasty, I have been visiting here for many years now. However, the prices have definitely increased while the period have decreased. During my last visit, the tortilla wasn't as fresh as usual... but like I said, tasty.
Lord have mercy! I stopped by and got 6 tacos de pastor (marinated pork) and carne asado burrito. I started tasting one taco while driving. OMG by the time I reached home in South Phoenix, I had finished three and I drive a stick shift. Delicious!
My burrito was cold and chunk of fat I use to the same location for ceviche tacos burritos for 27 years then it changed and never got good service or food bad customer service.
