I stopped by Tapworks last week looking for a few cartridges for a client, and the staff were extremely helpful. They quickly identified exactly what I needed and made the whole process easy. They really know their products — great service all around!
Tapworks had renovated our kitchen for the previous owner of our condo, and we have purchased items from them. We wanted to replace the kitchen cabinet doors so we went into Tapworks to discuss our options. Two associates were in the store, speaking with two customers. Not one of the associates looked at us, or acknowledged our presence or said they would be with us when they could be.
