Tapworks had renovated our kitchen for the previous owner of our condo, and we have purchased items from them. We wanted to replace the kitchen cabinet doors so we went into Tapworks to discuss our options. Two associates were in the store, speaking with two customers. Not one of the associates looked at us, or acknowledged our presence or said they would be with us when they could be. What a find Tapworks turned out to be for our bathroom reno. We bought everything we needed from them. Informative, discounted pricing, design consulting, and so forgiving when we made changes. They were too backed up to take on the reno as quickly as we needed. The contractor we did choose went there to pick up the materials. He came back and said nice bunch of people down there. Gotta hand it to Carlos, Leta and Ryan. You're the people I like to support.
We have purchased several items from TapWorks on Kingston Road and have always been very pleased with the Sales and Service Team…They deserve a 5 STAR rating!
