Best oysters anywhere! After eating oysters here I can't eat them anywhere else. Even at other fine dining restaurants they just aren't as good. I asked the manager why this was and was told they were trucked in live and fresh daily. You can tell all the food they order an cook is all top shelf. It is refreshing to have Taps here in Tustin. There really are no other great dining restaurants here that aren't chain monotony.
