Honest owners and employees, truly an "old fashioned" shop with old fashioned values, treat customers, employees, and everyone else with respect and decency.
Horrible customer service! Glen at Tapps had an attitude like � & took it out on my 73 yr old mother! Glen told my mom he didnt know when her part would be in...it wasn't his car & that she could take her car to one of her buddies after she waited 5 days & took the car in 3x in 1 week. They held the car from open to close of business each time w/o stating part STILL wasn't in! Come on Tapps..is this how you run your business?
Old Fashion service garage. Excellent service. I used to work here and absolutely loved it.
I USE TAPP'S GARAGE BECAUSE I CAN TRUST WHAT THEY DO AND THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT, THAT IS GREAT IN THIS WORLD OF BUSINESS WHOM DO NOT EVEN TALK TO YOU IF YOU ARE A WOMAN.
