Knowledgeable, considerate, communicative and took the time to explain every detail and to answer every question. My 2004 Camry is running very well now and I can count on Tapps to let me know when I'm next due for a checkup. They rated all findings in order of priority so I would know how urgent (or not) repairs should be addressed. I feel confident with their honesty.

Wonderful customer service. Took my 2015 Jeep in because the check engine light came on. They ran diagnostics, discussed the problem with me and then Olin said my Jeep might still be under warranty. He called another service shop and discovered it was! Gave me all the information on where to make an appointment and the service tech to speak with! Great customer service!!!

On my first visit in I was waiting to be helped as another customer was being helped. I could tell from their interactions that they really cared about their customers. I figured if they take that much care in their customers they must take that good of care with my car. I knew I had come to the right place! This was a place I could trust and feel like my car and my needs were being taken care of

I cannot recommend Tapp's enough. Maintaining a car sometimes isn't cheap and if you want someone to change your oil and tell you nothing is wrong even if it is this may not be your place. If you have a vehicle that you care about and want it to run as good as possible for as long as possible then bring it to Tapp's. They have taken great care of my 20 year old Jeep and my wife's 20 year old Mercedes and they are always honest, upfront, affordable, and everyone is a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for everything!
