We had our own equipment and were still required to sign a contract. We had recently moved and trusted the company, because we saw their signs everywhere. Our alarm system had gone off several times and we never received a call. We eventually found out we had no cellular and no internet alarm service. We had no monitoring at all. We were ripped-off for two years of service…at about twice the price of reputable motoring services.
