I called 30 minutes before they were closing. I was stuck in traffic on the bridge. I got there 3 minutes to closing. The lady was kind enough to put together a beautiful bouquet for me. She could’ve just showed me a bouquet they had in the fridge, instead she took the time and made the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. The flowers were so fresh, It’s 12 days later and they still look great. I’ll going back for sure!!
I was not impressed! I was told by Tammy that the plant would be 3 feet; it was not! I expected to see stalks with potential blooms; I didn’t not! I should have known to go to another florist when I stated to Tammy that I wanted the plant delivered the day before the Service. Stated that it would be delivered on the day of the Service..”I/we know what we are doing” was the jest of her response.
