Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Tapp Label in Beaverton, Oregon. I had been using this printer for eight year, through it's iterations as LabelOne and Adams Label, all great experiences, both in terms of quality of work and customer service. In the year or so since Tapp has acquired the operation, everything has been a struggle, but it all boils down to very poor communication and customer service.
