Incredible quality of work and value. Honest, reliable and super nice. They feel like old friends. If you have any plumbing needs call them. This is their second time out (sewage ejection pump, then a variety of maintenance needs - new kitchen faucet, running toilet, adjusted scald guard in the shower, etc) and we will certainly have them back if anything comes up.
We so appreciate the honesty, professionalism and great service we have received from Joe and Renee at Tapp Plumbing. Renee walked me through some preliminary steps on the phone to try to solve our problem without having to have an immediate service call. When they came out they were on time, informative, considerate, fixed the problem and left my house looking like they had never been there. They were the 3rd company I called when our water heater went out and there was an inch of water in our basement. The first two never even returned my call. However, TaPp were over in 15 minutes and did an amazing job. Very honest and professional. I will never use anyone else!
TAPP was able to help us over the phone for a quick fix for our water heater. When it kept going out they were able to come the next morning and replace our water heater for us. Their service has been fantastic and are extremely nice people to work with. We will definitely use them if we ever need a plumber again.

They are the most excellent and honest plumber we have found. They even helped us by tell us which jobs we could do ourselves to save money. They are sweet and personable and always make a day where you think is horrible because something is leaking or some pipe is broke to a better day. Thanks for being the best!

They didn't have have anyone available to help since it was Christmas Eve, but Renee recommended other professionals and was so very helpful to me! She even texted me to check to see how things were going later in the day. If I ever need a plumber again, I am definitely calling Tapp Plumbing!
