The cleanliness of this office is nasty!!! The bathroom is gross!! And the wait time is horrible!
I could call 3 days in a row mutliple times a day & still never get a call back. They are un-organized and have way too many patients. They have forgotten to fill my prescription 2 times already, 1 prescription was for an infection so it was important and when you work 8-5 its inconvient to wait till the next day after work, so the need for it is put on hold for 24hrs. I am going to a new DR and do not recomend them. Its not Dr. Tapp, its his staff that are causing the issues.
