Great 24/7 gym with clean new equipment and a very friendly staff. Canceling your membership is unnecessarily tedious, a specific person has to be on shift. There was already an employee when I came in, however they were not allowed to do membership cancellation. I was told to wait until they came in and started their shift, but unfortunately they were running late so I had to wait around 40 minutes. What is the point of staffed hours if all the staff present aren’t allowed to do parts of their job?
