My experience with them was poor. I would not suggest using them, due to customer service and communication problems. Our first flight was canceled, as well as two additional attempts to get us to our destination. We lost a full day of our vacation, and were not informed that the return leg had been cancelled either, resulting in having to incur 3x the normal cost for a flight back and having to extend our trip 3 extra days, due to no available flights back. I don't normally write reviews, but this team deserves one. We had to get to Chicago on short notice. We called in the evening to several companies found on Google, TapJets actually answered :) ... They had us going to Chicago in less than 2 hours. Their app is great and everything related to booking was done in the app. I am used to signing contracts or emailing e.t.c. I have been using their app for over a year now. Consistent pricing and quality aircraft. I am a former Jetsmarter customer and find this to be an easier option. I did not have good luck in winning their flight auctions, but their charter business is great. Will recomend to friends.
