Frustrated I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this point. My partner, who has a very busy schedule, has made multiple attempts to get our appliance issues resolved—he visited the office in person once and called them twice. Disappointed and Frustrated My experience here has been nothing short of annoying, to say the least. Tapestry Long Farm has been charging my unit for 2 separate electricity meters for the past several months. The office staff refuses to discuss the matter with us further and every time we have managed to have a discussion with the manager nothing is resolved. under whelmed Expect your apartment to not be as nice as the show apartment. The cabinets are not the same quality. The floor is buckling in places. And adding a storage unit or garage on is impossible. Maintence takes at least 3 days, even when marked emergency. Dumpster is overflowing all weekend, and those are the days that valet trash is not offered. People in the office are nice, and try to help but are unable to actually do anything.
CAUTION: Read before entertaining Tapestry Long Farm. I lived at here with my husband for three years (19-22). When we first moved in, we loved it, the dog park was terrific. The pool was always on point, the gym was excellent, & in general, everyone was friendly. However, if you want to move here, please read my story below; you may change your mind. Over Priced and Far From Luxury I've been a resident at Tapestry Long Farm for over 18 months now. While the touring process is nice and such this complex lacks some major "Luxury". Parking lot lights are always out, I reported several out over 3 months ago and they are still not fixed. Not to mention the building lights which are never fixed. Tucked Away Oasis This property is exquisite! Super peaceful property with stunning views. The pool area is like you're at your own personal resort along with the rest of the awesome amenities. My neighbors are all so kind and friendly and we have the best dog community! Management and Maintenance are on point! You name it they fix it. You need help? They are there for you! Love it! Have been here since early 2019. Quiet location with friendly neighbors. I move around a lot and have been in so many apartment complexes where management is practically non existent so this is a pleasant change. I think it's unrealistic to expect perfection out of your complex but I can see the staff here is working towards it. Not worth it! Welcome to Tapestry Long Farm, a place that deceives you for the first few months you live here. As a resident who's lived here for over a year, I'm sadly regretting that I've renewed my lease. We do have resolutions to your concerns such as contacting our valet trash pickup service in the event your trash pickup is missed so they can come out same day, a policy asking residents not to place boxes and furniture in the compactor which leads to jams and potential trash overflowing, and our recently filled maintenance positions which has resolved the pet station overflows and will continue to do so.
