Just echoing many true reviews here. Paper thin walls with noise coming from top side and under! Staff that only cares about selling lease and renewing lease. This is NOT luxury or even a nice apartment. Worst I’ve found in the area. Do your research before signing!
Love my apartment. Staff very friendly, however new parking rules are awful. They deny residents from having a spontaneous social life.
Recent experience with this building: Management implemented a new parking validation sticker in addition to the current garage gate opener RFID hang tag that's been in place for my ~2 years here. They said they sent out 3 or 4 messages over the past several weeks that towing will begin soon, and that in order not to get towed "residents need a valid parking permit." We came to view an apartment, but the woman in the office was very rude. She said we could only see one unit and nothing else, which didn’t make sense. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. When people are seriously considering a place to live, they should be treated with respect and given a proper opportunity to choose. This kind of attitude leaves a very negative impression. I will not suggest.
I have been here for just about a year now and it has been the worst apartment I have moved into. I’m in a 2 bed 1 bath. To start when I moved in, I was instructed we couldn’t see the unit before hand because they needed to “fix things” only to move in and find out there was a ton of things broken not to mention the door lock had a split crack….
