I have loved living in the Arrive so far! Everyone has been so helpful. Ella has helped us through so much and has been a friendly face to see around!
We had a tour scheduled today and were welcomed by Ela, who unfortunately seemed very annoyed by our presence from the start. Her rude attitude set a very negative tone, and on top of that, we were surprised to learn about all the extra fees (trash, sewer, cable, etc.) that get added to the rent. For a place that advertises itself as “luxury,” the fact that residents are expected to leave their trash outside the door twice a week for pickup doesn’t exactly fit that description. The common areas are clean for photos and walkthroughs, but the apartments themselves are just plain bad. This is my 6th apartment in my life, and this is easily the most money hungry property owner I have had so far. The landlord special white paint is slathered all over your outlets, fixtures, hinges, and plenty of paint splatter on the floor. We contacted maintenance about this when we first moved in and to also replace a missing screen on one of our living room windows, but nothing has been done about it. We were pretty ... read more
My wife and I have been here two years. The maintenance staff particularly Anthony very helpful and friendly. Also Roxanne and Ali from the office were very helpful with some lease questions. Excellent customer service. Mike and Lisa
I have really enjoyed my time here. The apartment building is really clean, they do fun community events and the staff is honestly some of the sweetest people I have met. I hope to be here as long as I can!
