Think twice about picking this place, the new management since March 2017 has their head in the sand and have no idea what they are doing. The issue about the trash is very true and so is the lack of parking, the best part is that they don't up to any of it. They are also slow on repairs, and love to charge a premium for half the service that management under Tapestry would provide. They say to provide feedback to their email, but they never respond to it; all in all they don't care, so beware!
Disappointed based on the price to live here. We moved in 6 months ago under a different management. It's a beautiful place and location but seems to be run poorly. We pay a trash fee and the garbage has been over filled and all over the street for over 4 days. There was a lack of communication from the office about this issue. And the worst part is this isn't the first time this has happened. Definitely not planning to renew our lease.
