Amazing! This has been my best experience with an apartment. I used to live in an apartment in Gonzales, but I was looking to get connected better in the Baton Rouge city. The property manager was such a delight, very helpful. She only showed me what I was interested in (1BR/BH) I can't thank her enough for taking so much time and care to make sure my needs were addressed. Love this place! Staff is amazing! Luxury Living!! This is my first experience in an apartment and so far it has been so wonderful! I used to live in a town house but I was looking to downsize. I wanted something new. The manager at the property, Jessica, helped make me feel comfortable with my decision. Don't waste you money! This place is so cheaply built you will hear every noise. There are no security fences or gates, there have already had several vehicle burglaries. The parking spots are so far from the doors you will get soaked in every rain. There are no lights in the parking lots, even the site Police officers said they were scared to go outside at night.
