Nice & Helpful – I am very sensitive to customer service and to the way I am treated when I make appointments or am a customer to a business. The less than stellar reviews on this site made me very cautious. I have to say that from my first call to this salon to the end of my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect. Boulder's Worst Spa Experience – I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The front desk receptionist was beyond rude and Melanie while giving a great haircut was just as rude. This may be the reason the salon was so slow. It must be nice to have so much business or not need to care that you can have people like this working for you. With so many great Spas in Boulder why risk spending your money here.
Don't bother with this salon... – Take your business elsewhere... I used to come to this salon a few years ago when it was a great place to come to. I just recently moved back and tried Tapestry again. To my surprise it's run down, dirty and none of the staff is busy. Great Haircuts – LOVE LAURA!! She cuts my hair as well as my husband's and daughter's. Three totally different heads and we all get great haircuts. She has also been great with recommendations for products. We have been seeing her since we moved to the area about three years ago. She has been patient with my 7 year old daughter, who can tend to be quite restless while getting her hair cut. We are always satisfied with the service we receive at Tapestry.
AMAZING!! – My experience at Tapestry was wonderful!! The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule a few times due to work conflicts and the front desk ladies was so accomidating!! My cut and highlights were exactly what I had pictured, and my massage was very relaxing. Overall a great experience at Tapestry! I would recommend it to anyone.
Professional Relaxing Pleasant – Just finished a beautiful spa experience at Tapestry in Boulder. I needed my nails done and a shampoo and style prior to Thankgiving dinner. I looked great and many of my guest complimented by new style. I would recommend Tapestry again and again
Ahhhh! that was great – I just felt compelled to register a rating of how much I enjoy going to Tapestry. As a long time client, I enjoy their progressive nature. There is always something new going on. I recently had by teeth whitened while my color was setting. I looked and felt great for a recent evening event that I attended. Stacy is a wonderful stylist and the whole staff is always competent and friendly. Thanks for all the great years.
Rude Staff! – I was referred to Tapestry by a friend who had said that her mother went there and loved it. I should have realized that the age difference was something that would matter in how my hair would turn out. I went in for a trim and had to wait 20 min. for the stylist to finally be ready for me and then she apparently didn't hear a single thing I said. Thats what I call service. – My mother in- law was in town visiting and we decided to go to tapestry for facials, manicures and pedicures. It was a beautiful experience from the time we walked in to the warm thank-yous as we left. The epicuren facials that we received were fantastic and we relaxed to a beautifully done manicures and pedicures. The attendents were friendly, professional, and informative. My mother in-law and I can't wait to come back and visit Tapestry.
