I keep thinking it will get better but, we are done. Dr. Tapert is so disrespectful to her staff, I'm embarrassed for them. It makes my husband, and children very uncomfortable. To top it off, she has a very high staff turn over. (Wonder why?) She arrives late to the office when we have been asked to arrive early. She yelled at my child and told her she was acting like a baby. She works with children, what morals is she teaching? I am not sure what the other review is talking about. My three kids have been going to this office for a very long time. My son has high anxiety and a terrible gag reflex. They are wonderful! The office is completely geared to kids! Best in the area. Two years ago our insurance changed and we had to go elsewhere. I changed to several pediatric dentists in the area and NONE of them compared. I Was extrermely excited when they accepted my new insurance and we could go back! Great office!

My children have been seeing Dr. Tapert since they were babies. The staff know my children. I am confident when I refer other parents to the practice.

My twins absolutely love her. They never cry when I say we have a dentist appt. They look forward to seeing Dr. Tapert and her staff. The staff is great with the boys and the staff is fabulous!

I have gone to this dentist w/ my kids for 2 years--each time hoping that it will be a better experience. They are NOT good w/ kids. I will not be going back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but am disappointed every single time. There are plenty of other pediatric dentists in the area who parents rave about--ask around--don't go to Christa Tapert!!!
