this has become my go-to Mexican restaurant. They have the best flavors. Hubby had a shrimp and mushroom dish with the baja sauce I just couldn't keep my spoon out of it. the prices are reasonable the amount of food you get is so filling it is worth a visit every single day as far as I'm concerned. on a side note they have a hole in the handicap stall of the women's bathroom it is kind of dangerous to have that there and should have something done about it.
the food was great...thought I was going to have left overs...nope. I ate everything. very yummy.
We found this place by accident a couple months ago and it was amazing. Great food and great service. Every time we have been back it’s the same. The friendliest staff, amazing food, lots of options and they are always so fast. It’s definitely out favorite Mexican food place now
I grew up in this restaurant! I've been around the world and never had better Mexican food than from Tapatio! We miss the family that owns it and one day, hopefully, we will return!

I'm pretty sure that I've written reviews on Google and Facebook before for Tapatio on Coal Creek, but each good meal deserves another good review. I've been going to this place since 2000. The service and food are both excellent. The carne asada is among the best that I've ever had. I recommend that you have a late lunch or an early dinner because the place is very popular and it can get crowded. I've had many dishes there and they're all delicious.
