Natasha the manager seems inexperienced and lacked customer service.
We thought we were going to a different restaurant in the same area. As soon as we walked in I knew it wasn't the same place I'd been before but it looked okay so we stayed. And I'm very glad. The place has a neighborhood bar atmosphere (think "Cheers" with the staff knowing and greeting the "regulars") that was quite comfortable even though it was our first time. We adore Tap Room! The atmosphere is ideal for the Tap Room vibe, and the cuisine is fantastic! Everyone on the team works incredibly hard! The Philly steak N chz is another a favorite, and I heartily recommend the pita wraps! Not to add how delicious the Caesar salad with steak or shrimp is!
