They have lots of options, great selection but I’m blown away at the lack of customer service from this place. I’ve been in a few times to get custom cut poly and it seems like every time the lady at the counter treats me like I’m at a TSA check point at the airport, actually it’s even worse. It feels like they are offended that I even walked into the store. What a poor experience every time I come here. I’m sorry to inconvenience your staff with an incredibly simple order. Edited 4/28/25 : Recently had two more A/C cutouts created and wanted to give a shout out to Mo and Abbie for their incredible customer service! They were both friendly, super helpful and patient with me with my schematics. The cutouts look beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you Mo and Abbie! -- Very good service from Ben and Ryan. At first I felt a little rushed through the process with the order, but when I needed some minor adjustments to my order, the guys were very helpful and patient with me.

Quick turnaround, excellent customer service and quality product to finish out our project. They were out of our way but worth the drive. We will be recommending for future projects!

They stated that they could cut the acrylic while I waited. They brought out a cut piece to check the size in the frame. The protective film on the acrylic was scratched to shit and I commented that I wouldn't be able to tell if the scratches had penetrated the film and scratched the surface of the non-glare acrylic. They guaranteed that the scratches would no... read more

I requested 1/8-inch plexiglass because I shouldn’t lift more than around 30 lbs due to prior back injury. I didn’t notice that they quoted me 3/8-inch, which is extremely heavy for a door-sized panel (like 80-90 lbs). When they carried the panel out during pickup, they mentioned it was “heavy” and it looked like maybe 1/4-inch thick, so I thought it was 50-60 lbs and I would have to be very cautious. I dragged it 2.7 miles home and injured my back lifting it off my trolley, not realizing it was closer to 90 lbs. I intended ... read more
