Edited 4/28/25 : Recently had two more A/C cutouts created and wanted to give a shout out to Mo and Abbie for their incredible customer service! They were both friendly, super helpful and patient with me with my schematics. The cutouts look beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you Mo and Abbie! -- Very good service from Ben and Ryan. At first I felt a little rushed through the process with the order, but when I needed some minor adjustments to my order, the guys were very helpful and patient with me.

Quick turnaround, excellent customer service and quality product to finish out our project. They were out of our way but worth the drive. We will be recommending for future projects!

They guaranteed that the scratches would no... read more

I didn’t notice that they quoted me 3/8-inch, which is extremely heavy for a door-sized panel (like 80-90 lbs). When they carried the panel out during pickup, they mentioned it was “heavy” and it looked like maybe 1/4-inch thick, so I thought it was 50-60 lbs and I would have to be very cautious. I dragged it 2.7 miles home and injured my back lifting it off my trolley, not realizing it was closer to 90 lbs. I intended ... read more

I came in a few days ago to get a few things including a 3' piece of window tint. When I went to work on my project I realized the guy had not only taken a really long time to cut this piece and cut a bad edge, but also it was only 31.5" of material. I had to spend over an hour getting back in today to get the new piece. They offered no compensation for the time lost or gas I had to spend on getting back to the shop even after being asked directly. Cut me the new piece and didn't ask for the old one back which is the only re... read more
