THEY DONT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND HAVE WITHELD THE FINAL CHECKS (incl. TIPS) DURING THE CORONAVIRUS SHUTDOWN. Employee payroll should be at the top of the list of things to handle. Not negotiate how and when you're going to reopen. Due to unfortunate circumstances, your business has failed. But you alone have failed those who trusted you. You know what you do when you can’t pay employees because you did something to screw that up? You start selling stuff to figure it out and don’t stop until you do. This isn’t defaulting a car note or “bill” this is the livelihood of humans. Stole wages from their employees during a global pandemic. Then their owner went off on a ski trip. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO YOU LAID OFF WHAT YOU OWE THEM!
How do you seriously not pay your employees for the job they did? But wait till after L&I is closed to tell them. shady company for sure. You have lost my business and many others. I hope you get what's coming to you when this is over.
The refuse to pay their employees a dime from their last pay check. Literally withholding them from the ppl that have already worked for them.
They're criminals who steal from their employees. The food is also mediocre.
you could pay your employess the tips that were given to them by guests. my restaurants did. you may have been able to reopen after the dust settles but you are done for good now. hope they sue you for all you're worth.
