This place of business does not respect their employees, especially when they have been out of money for weeks. Withholding tips that were already claimed, and claiming the owner no longer has them. But you prioritize your employees right? That’s why they haven’t gotten paid. Rude, pathetic, selfish, lazy. I hope you go out of business.

During a pandemic crisis, you intentionally withheld employee paychecks? You are pretty low. I, as well as a huge restaurant community, will be sure to spread the word. You could've at least given the servers their cc tips. You deserve to go under.
Aside from withholding their last hourly paycheck, this venue keeps all of their servers tips, and includes them on their paycheck, essentially stealing the tips from their servers since they are "unable" to pay their servers during the pandemic, for time they have already worked. Since the tips were given to the servers by their customers the company had no claim to the tips in the first place.
