The massage experience was terrible—it’s hard to even put into words. I came looking to relax, but instead, I left feeling even more exhausted.
TAO spa is my go to! The staff are such amazing individuals. Super clean. My husband and I have had multiple couple massages and had an awesome experience. We even brought our moms and grandmother. If you ever go make sure to ask for John!
The massage was very bad. She didn't know what she was doing. The masseuse left 4 times to talk to customers coming in. She was on the phone 3 times. She was yelling to employees through the walls. She kept talking to the other employees. It was stressful rather than relaxing. Then at the end she asked for a tip. I have been going here for a long time but this place has apperently gone down hill. It's time to look for another massage place.
