I had a 30 minute foot massage, which was excellent. The pressure was perfect and he worked on parts of my feet that I didnt know were sore. The only negative is that I could hear the staff talking in the back room, they were loud.
We made a reservation in advance and received confirmation, so we drove 30 minutes to this location expecting to be seen. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been canceled. Staff claimed they called us four times about 30 minutes before the appointment, yet our call logs clearly showed that we received no calls whatsoever. I recently made an appointment on February 22nd Sunday at 1pm for a massage for my wife and I and had the most rudest and disrespectful experience I have ever had with any business. To start off, this place was heavily recommended for the quality and pricing but we will NEVER come back here again. we are driving up from Miami so we are about an hour and 15 away. These best massages I have ever gotten. Prices are amazing. I can't wait to go back. Front desk customer service could be a bit more friendly but overall a wonderful experience.
