The best place
Place is absolutely magical and the staff are very professional and incredibly talented. Ask for (Amy) or (Paul) if you need a massage, incredible!! Super strong.
I got a 90 minute massage. I told her no hot rocks, of course she uses hot rocks anyway, takes a 5-10 minute disappearance during the massage and literally only did my back 95% of the time with the same movement.
Poor customer service. They need to replace the individual working the front desk. She's more like a pitbull than a respectful receptionist. Something in my spirit tells me her attitude stems from racism because the way she spoke with white patrons was totally different from how she spoke to me. She was combative about an issue that called for professionalism. She ruined an outing with my parents, and I ended up declining services for myself. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere.
We have been going to Tao in Boca for a few years. In less than three months the price for a one hour foot massage has gone up twice. Today I paid $45 and about 2 months ago I paid $40. The big issue that I have is that in the past, the last 10 minutes of the massage they would turn you over and work on your back and neck.
