Unprofessional operation. BEWARE of doctors who assess your condition before you've had the chance to meet them. The "middle man" at the front desk repeatedly refused my requests for an explanation of their non-scientific health evaluation. I'm disgusted by the disrespect exhibited by this office. These practitioners abandoned their oath to SERVE the suffering.
Such a waste of my time. She didn’t listen to most everything I mentioned to her. She seriously has no clue how a Boston Scientific electric spine stimulator works yet offers them. She wanted me to get with the Boston representative… because they have new programs, I’ve already hacked into the remote and created my own. She obviously doesn’t grasp how it does what it does. Dr Khan and her team were fantastic. My injection went very smoothly, I didn’t feel a thing. She told me exactly what was happening and what to expect every step of the way, answered all of my pestering questions, and was very kind and had great bedside manner. 10/10 care, highly recommend
