I have just had valuation done on the beautiful crown of light pendant my Husband bought me in Juneau. I am thrilled that it came back at well over what we paid for it. Yes, we felt pressured in the store, but I am so pleased we made the purchase.
There were rude over priced 3,500 for 1/2 cart diamond earrings and would not clean my rings that I bought from them 2 years ago.
Never again. Was insulted by the staff. You could not pay me enough to shop there.
