They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
