I did not find Dr. Rodgers to be the expert in cosmetic procedures that she led me to believe she was. She sold me a procedure quite cavalierly without telling me about the possible side effects, or what to do to avoid them. When I had negative side effects she did not know how to take care of them, and kept pretending that everything was okay. She did try to make me happy when I persisted, but she did not have the knowledge necessary. Over a year later I am still trying to cure the side effects.

Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Sometimes, but not always Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were you able to relax during your appointment? This business is in one of the safest areas around. I liked how much attention to detail they showed. I was quite impressed with the diagnosis of my problem and the problem resolution. They really helped me a lot.
