Dr Muro is exceptional at her care and concern as well as articulate and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and l feel listened to and respected; as well as included in the decisions about my care (this visit we discussed my hot flashes) and l am grateful to be in her care.

Dr Mero was caring, professional and very competent as always!
I recommend Dr Mero to everyone. She is great. It's already an uncomfortable visit but she just puts your mind at ease and makes you comfortable. She answers any questions you may have. Her nurse is awesome as well. She is easy to talk to and she listens.

I am a medical student, and I talked to Dr. Mero regarding a patient of hers whom I was treating in the hospital. She responded angrily to our simple questions and criticized our medical decisions. I am sure she is great with patients. I just find it disappointing when ob/gyn doctors live up to the stereotypes that people (particularly men) perpetuate about the profession and about women in general. Hearing yet another ob/gyn and female role model talk down to me like this just reminded me why there is still so much distrust... read more
Although the office was clean and the front staff was courteous, there was an extremely long wait time to be seen by Dr. Mero with no apology or explanation. She did not reassure me or my husband, she did not answer any questions nor did she even seem to care about our concerns. We chose another physician in the groups and couldn’t have been happier. Possibly a good doctor, but her bedside manner and overall demeanor really needs improvement. I would NOT recommend her at all.
