At my annual well check-up, Dr. Moore told me he wouldn't answer questions about anything specific -- I would need to schedule an acute-care visit for that. What? They were general questions, not acute-care questions. He also told me as a 50-yr-old woman to not bother lifting weights to preserve muscle mass until I was 60. His lack of caring and knowledge was disturbing.

Every visit is impersonal and uncaring, visits are rushed so that they can churn through more clients. Doctor does not care about patient concerns and if more than one concern is mentioned you will be completely blown off.
Personally I’d rate this man and his team as Saints !!! He has been wonderful to me throughout my total reverse shoulder replacement surgery ????! Even while we were in Florida he kept tabs on me , now that’s a Dr. that cares for his patients!!!! I’d be more than happy to recommend him to anyone, just so they don’t give him a hard time . He is a very serious, dedicated young man!
Dr. Zwick is wonderful. He just removed my gallbladder and I was SO NERVOUS about having surgery. He patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were, and within a week of having the procedure, I barely knew I had it done, which says a lot because I didn't get lucky enough to have the totally laparoscopic procedure due to prior abdominal surgeries. Do not hesitate to go to Dr. Zwick - he's fantastic.
My eye doctor recommended Dr. Geisendorfer. Dr. Geisendorfer told me I have cataracts. He removed the cataracts along with laser. My eyes are progressing nicely. Very efficient. And, I am not a model patient.
From initial consultation, through 2 cataract surgeries & follow up appts., Dr. Geisendorfer was professional, knowledgeable and personable. His expertise is comforting - he's a skilled surgeon & it was a quick and painless operation! The entire process is efficient and effective and all the staff in Kirksville are accommodating, patient and will happily answer all your questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Smith truly cares about his patients. He will do everything he can to diagnose and treat the issue. I would recommend Dr. Smith over anyone else, anywhere. He is the BEST.
