Dr. Evans is an attentive and caring person. She listens to you and verifies she has your symptoms correct, asks relevant questions and prescribes medications cautiously. I like her very much.
Horrible doctor! She told my husband she would help him out patient after being hospitalized, then refused to even answer his calls. She is an out right liar when she promises to help care for patients with bowel diseases. Please don't waste your time and money.
I made an appointment and it took me a few weeks to get in which is normal for a specialist. I was her first appointment of the day at 8:30 am. She let the medical assistant know 45 minutes later that she would be another hour late. I rescheduled and showed up and she was three patients behind. This happened in two different offices. I am going to look for a doctor that is respectful with their patients time.
I love Dr. Evans!! She was called in to treat me when I was very ill in the hospital. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and really listens to you. My problems dealt with complications from bariatric surgery which is not necessarily her specialty but she treated me expertly. Her staff has always been friendly and responsive. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see her. If you have to wait to see her, it is probably because she is spending time giving another patient tim
Dr Evans appears to listen to your concerns and was pleasant on the initial visit. Follow up visit she was late and spent the morning waiting. Her follow up showed no health issues and to follow a Mediterranean diet and lose some weight. I was already following this plan and still felt sick. Got a second opinion and found I had a stomach polyp, chronic gastritis, hernia in stomach, inflammation from bacteria in intestines. Had surgery and biopsy. All went well.
I am very disappoint in the follow up with the office in general. Nobody should have to wait a month for their test results. There is no sense of urgency regarding life impacting issues. I imagine things would be different if they had to sit on the other side of the smoked glass window.
I am really evaluating the appointment process. I have had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea four times in three months. I called for an appointment as soon as possible but was told I needed to have my medical records sent first. I have no problem transferring my records, but couldn't that have been handled after my consultation? She graduated from the same medical school as my daughter so I'm certain she is well qualified, however, I think there needs to be a better way to schedule.
I love her. Did 2 procedures on the same day..she was very passionate and knew what she was doing
waited 30 minutes in the office and was told by the staff Dr. Evans was late and asked us to reschedule. after the initial visit, no follow up on test result. she is simply too busy for me.
