Her office NEVER answers the phone. Went to the University address, her Staff was RUDE as Hell. I was a referring patient. I would NEVER recommend her or her Office.
With a procedure that is done repeatedly, You would think that this would become routine and impersonal. The opposite was true. I was treated with the most respected dignity and felt genuinely cared about. Oh wonderful experience!
For an uncomfortable procedure Dr. Evans and her team at Baylor Scott and White made it so much better! Thank you to all of them.
She listened to my problems and we figured out the best solutions.
I was treated extremely well. Dr. Evans greeted me and explained the procedure to me to make sure I understood. Her bedside manner was professional, but compassionate. It's been a long time since I've seen a physician actually smile. Dr. Evan's staff introduced themselves and explained their positions. They are great team and I felt completely comfortable putting my life in their hands. I have already told many people about my experience and encouraged them to call Dr. Evans.
Dr Evans was attentive as well as informative.
Dr.Evans was very informative, compassionate and professional! She made sure that I was well informed and that if I had any questions they were answered. I was very pleased with her bedside manner!!
Just had my endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Evans. She was very thorough to get to the bottom of what was going on and why I was having the symptoms I was having. Wonderful bedside manner and personable. She took time to answer all of my questions and provide treatment options. This was my first endoscopy and colonoscopy so I was a little nervous on what to expect.
