I never felt comfortable there. Seemed to me they were just trying to get money out of me. They Kept trying for me to buy some kind of liniment from them even though Feldkamp said I really didn't need it.(After I said no). I won't go back!

No Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? No, I was very hopeful when I left

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? No, I didn't notice an improvement Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.
