Dr. Banker made me feel at ease as I have had some eye problems and he gave me a series of tests that were important and relieved my mind .
From my first visit, I saw how thorough Dr. Banker is by all the tests he did on my eyes. He walked into the room already having reviewed the tests and explained everything to me. The next appointment was scheduled and again after testing, he knew what had to be done to my eye and explained with diagrams so I could understand it all. He did surgery on my eye for Pars Plana Vitrectomy and Membrane Peel just a few days ago. At this point, his timeline of recovery is exactly how my vision is returning. Smart, personable and caring.Most of all he fixed my retina so I am able to see again
Dr Banker has great credentials and the office staff are lovely. He is quick and efficient, I might say brusque. I was treated successfully and painlessly for wet macular degeneration for a year before moving from New York. My first treatment by Dr Banker left me with broken blood vessels around each injection site (both eyes), and tearing that went on non-stop for more than 6 hours. I have been very happy with Dr. Banker.He is very professional and answers my questions.My normal wait isn't too long.
Dr. Banker is an amazing doctor and I am so glad I found him. He did emergency surgery to repair my detached retina and he restored my vision! He is a top notch surgeon and really takes the time with each patient. He up holds center for sights commitment to excellence.
Always caring and compassionate. Takes time to explain options, and allows me to participate in the decision making. As a physician myself, I can tell Dr. Banker is a unique talent and exceptional physician!
While he may be and excellent doctor, he continually runs two hours late or more for my appointments. This has happened to me on every appointment. I booked my appointment so as o be the first patient he saw after lunch and after waiting an hour after I was examined by his technichions learned that here were two other patients still in front of me. So I left. My time is also valuable as I had to take time off from work and I don't like being mislead. So pack a lunch if you schedule an appointment with him.
